Workplace Assessments

It is recommended that a Workplace Assessment be completed for every patient who participates in one of our treatment programs. This will allow us to have a better understanding of both the environment that they work in and the physical demands of their pre-injury duties; increasing the specificity of our programs.

We are always eager to come onsite to perform a workplace assessment and identify suitable duties for your injured worker ourselves; or if an assessment has already been completed by another provider we are happy to review the appropriate documentation and incorporate it into our treatment programs.

By having one of our team members perform the assessment, we will also develop an additional return to work plan ready for you to implement and identify potential preventative interventions for you to consider so that future injuries do not occur.

In order for us to facilitate this service we require you to select the Workplace Assessment option when submitting a referral form.
